Meet Guero! Guero was rescued from an overcrowded shelter where he was completely shut down, terrified, and hiding alone in the corner of his kennel. With the shelter over capacity, he was facing euthanasia simply because he was so fearful in that stressful environment. Underneath it all, though, was a beautiful blonde bombshell who just needed a chance and an exit plan to finally show the world who he really was.

Since leaving the shelter, Guero has slowly blossomed into the sweet, loving dog he was always meant to be. He is kind, loyal, and incredibly affectionate once he feels comfortable. While he may need a minute to warm up to new people or situations, it does not take long before his social and friendly personality shines through. Once he trusts you, he wants to be close to his people and be part of everything you are doing.

Guero is great with dogs, loves kids, and has a gentle nature that makes him such a wonderful companion. Watching him come out of his shell has been incredibly rewarding, and he is now ready to find the forever home he has always deserved. Guero is proof that sometimes all a dog needs is someone to believe in them.
