*Once Bagel arrived in Montreal we took her to the vet within 24 hrs as we suspected she was pregnant, and she was. She has given birth to 8 puppies. They are not old enough at the moment for us to separate them from her.*

Bagel found herself at a shelter in Los Angeles, where shelters are currently overflowing with adoptable dogs. Due to the high volume of dogs passing through the shelter, and the low amount of adoptions, Bagel was placed on the euthanasia list. She was pulled from the shelter 15 minutes before her scheduled euthanasia appointment!

Bagel is the sweetest dog. She loves other dogs and was a helper at the shelter, partaking in many play groups. She loves to be pet, but more than that she loves to play. Fetch is her favourite. She will be needing an energetic and active family, with enough space to let her run around and play. Bonus points if they have another dog!

Bagel didn’t get much training and will need to learn some basic skills. She will be further assessed by our trainer before heading to her forever home.
